Auto-Renewal Notice
Your Premium Companion Package and Monthly Sponsorship renew automatically on the 1st and 14th of each month. Premium Extras are non-refundable and cannot be downgraded mid-cycle. Field Trip charges are billed as incurred and reflect actual costs plus a 15% coordination fee. To modify your plan, submit a written request 30 days in advance.
⚠️ As Ernesta's sponsor, you have accepted full liability for any and all damages, field trip incidents, and premium service fees associated with her care. Charges are assessed automatically and are non-negotiable. Disputes must be filed in writing within 5 business days. By continuing your sponsorship you agree to the updated Terms of Service (rev. 03/2026). Ernesta has been spoken to. She is not sorry.
